Wild Wild Steps – Terms & Conditions Ticket Entitlement This ticket permits one-time entry to the Wild Wild Steps event on the specified date. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable between dates, except under specific conditions outlined below. Entry Requirements All guests must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) and a valid government-issued ID upon arrival. This event is strictly 18+. All guests are subject to security checks upon entry. Last Entry Last entry is permitted up to 1 hour after the official event start time. Guests arriving after this time may be refused entry, and no refunds will be issued. Welcome Drink Each guest is entitled to one complimentary welcome drink, available only within the first hour from the event’s start time. Drinks are subject to availability and cannot be redeemed after this period. Dress Code Guests are encouraged to dress in Wild West or cowboy/cowgirl attire – boots, hats, and western flair are welcome! While themed outfits are optional, smart casual is the minimum standard. Changes, Cancellations & Exchanges Entertainment, line-up, and timings are subject to change without prior notice. Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled by the organizer. We are able to offer ticket exchanges to a future date only if the request is made 21 days or more before the event date. No exchanges can be processed within 21 days of the event under any circumstances. Media & Photography By attending, you consent to photography and video recording during the event, which may be used for promotional purposes. 1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.

7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.

11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
